Rent or install permanently – which is right for me?
For limited periods such as a construction phase, an event or a vacant building, renting is ideal: we deliver, install and remove everything afterwards. For continuous operation we plan a permanent installation with documentation and handover.
Is video surveillance legally permitted?
In Austria the GDPR and the Data Protection Act apply: purpose, signage and retention period must be appropriate. We advise you on the technical implementation – this does not replace legal advice.
Can I view the images while on the move?
Yes. With remote access you can see your site wherever you are.
What happens if a camera fails?
A service level agreement (SLA) defines how quickly we respond. Many faults we resolve proactively via remote access.
